Acwell Licorice pH Balancing Cleansing Toner has a pH level of 5.5 to effectively balance your skin. Peony extract and a high concentration of licorice water - both natural brighteners - seep into skin to add an extra dose of luminosity to your complexion. Green tea extract also helps calm and reduce pigmentation, including acne scars and dark spots. After use, skin feels clean and smooth, not dry or tight. Because it's so good at removing any impurities left on the skin post-cleanser, it helps the rest of the products in your routine absorb better.     the ONLY cleansing toner I use

    I've bought this product yearly since i've discovered it a few years back and I use it mainly when I've had a long day with heavy makeup on to ensure my first and second step cleansers haven't left behind any residue. Usually there isn't any residue but I still enjoy using this product because it also brightens and hydrates my skin.

    Great after my oil cleanse. Leaves skin refreshed and nourished but not tight. Unique in that you can leave it on or rinse it off. I leave it on to get maximum benefits. Staple for mean and stock up when on sale.

    Love love love this toner. Perfect for sensitive skin. Brightening. Soothing. And also perfect for beginners who are new to Korean skin care and skin flooding!
